Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years direct experience in directing or supporting Protective Force operations or 13 years of equivalent experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a “Q” security clearance and obtain Human Reliability Program certification (HRP). Must be familiar with Collective Bargaining agreements. Must have or be able to achieve TRF 100 [Security Police Officer (SPO) II] qualification. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to work rotating shift work.
Must not have ever been convicted of a domestic violence charge. Must not have ever been convicted of a felony. Preferred experience includes, but is not limited to: - Working knowledge of DOE Orders for Protective Force. - Working knowledge of Vulnerability Assessment Process, Performance Testing and Training Processes. - Working knowledge with budget process. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required. - Working knowledge of DOE and NRC orders and requirements. - Working knowledge of the Conduct of Operations (Protective Force Operations). - Working knowledge of the Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS). - Working knowledge of the Conduct of Maintenance. |
