COTS Administrator/Developer

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8+ years' experience or Master’s degree and 3 - 6+ years' experience required OR 13-16+ years' experience in lieu of a degree.
• Computer systems administration, applications, access controls, and separations of duties within database functionality permissions.
• Ability to develop solutions to significant problems and recommend techniques to meet company/customer initiatives.
• Experience creating complex SQL queries and utilizing T-SQL within stored procedures and triggers.
• Desktop troubleshooting and resolution including ports, drivers and network connectivity.
• Experience interacting and coordinating with vendor support personnel to resolve technical issues.
• Ability to maintain/protect confidentiality of sensitive information.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" / "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with HID SAFE application is recommended but not required.
• Solid understanding of general business and specialized Personnel Security fields.

• PR0300: Salary Grade 210 ($93,492 - $154,212) / PR0400: Salary Grade 220 ($107,520 - $177,336)
