Emergency Communications System Programmer

Bachelor's degree with at least 0-2+ years of experience OR 8-10+ years of relevant experience/education in lieu of a degree.

Relevant Experience consists of:

• Experience with any or all Computer coding / programming experience (Preferably C++, Java, Java Script, or experience with API).
• Networking experience and knowledge of networking principles.
• Dispatcher experience using Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) as a primary systems.
• Technical expertise for Emergency Communication Center (ECC), 911 dispatch center, or similar.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a US DOE “Q” Clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Human Reliability Program (HRP).

Be able to obtain and maintain the following:

• Spillman SAA
• Emergency Medical Dispatcher EMD Certification
• Emergency Fire Dispatcher (EFD) Certification.
