Responsibilities
Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a Fleet Management Supervisor. In this role you will provide general management oversight of Fleet Management staff to ensure safe, environmentally compliant, ethical, efficient, and effective operations. You will be responsible for the establishment of plans and objectives for meeting INl's needs and goals and monitoring performance toward achievement. You will determine work priorities and assign work to fleet management support personnel. Authorize and release work while monitoring quality of work and productivity levels. You will manage the on-site fueling infrastructure to ensure the required fuel type is available and supports mission needs. In addition, you will assist in planning, developing budget requirements to keep transportation fueling/charging infrastructure and fleet modern and within regulatory compliance. You will be the lead GSA interface to ensure INL vehicle and equipment fleet meets INL mission needs. |

Baccalaureate degree plus 5 years' experience or 13 years experience in lieu of a degree is required.
At least 5 years experience as a supervisor or manager is required.
Experience analyzing data and making decisions based on data for forecasting potential problems or making recommendations is required.
Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
Experience with federally funded programs, projects or institutions of higher learning such as Universities and Colleges is preferred.
Experience working with vehicle and equipment fleets is preferred.
Experience supervising union/represented personnel is preferred.
