Labor and Employment Lawyer

Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school with four years post-JD legal experience in labor and employment law.

Member in active status with the Idaho State Bar, licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho, or ability to obtain active status in Idaho within 12 months of hire.

Preferred Requirements:

Must be knowledgeable of, have actual experience with, or have demonstrated capability of learning and practicing labor law and employment law with a high degree of competence.
