Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree and 10 years' relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with data management and data analytics with exposure to modern tools and techniques, governance, centers of excellence, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with intelligent automation with exposure to modern tools and techniques, governance, centers of excellence, and automation techniques.
  •  Experience in strategic technology planning and execution, and policy development and maintenance.
  •  Proven record of effective leadership, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; building teams and consensus; getting things done through others not directly under his/her supervision; working ethically and with integrity.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q security clearance.
  • Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
  • Experience in integrating complex, cross-functional processes and information strategies, and/or designing strategic metrics and scorecards.

Strongly Preferred knowledge, skills and experience

  • A comprehensive level of knowledge of National Laboratory operations, test sites and communications, cyber security, technology investment/divestment models, laboratory facility operations which includes: conduct of operations, criticality safety, nuclear safety, administrative requirements for operation, work management, facility operating, abnormal and emergency procedures, system design, construction, and their interrelationships.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics tools and techniques
  • Exposure to intelligent automation tools including RPA, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
