Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology or related experience with 8+ years of IT leadership or relevant experience or Master’s degree in management, information technology or related degree with 6+ years of IT Leadership experience or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and communication, with a proven work history in strategic planning and implementing IT solutions compliant with industry best practices.
  • Experience managing IT asset portfolios and delivering/supporting enterprise information technology solutions.
  • Experience with data center rationalization, cloud migration and management including cloud services optimization and operating models such as a Cloud Center of Excellence.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity practices to ensure the security of IT networks and assets.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with robust quality assurance programs, COBIT, ITIL such as incident, problem, change, configuration, release, asset, service request, and knowledge management, and CMMI frameworks.

  • Experience working in a research or laboratory environment or government environment.

Job Information: 

  • The target pay range for this position is $165,793 - $236,238 annually.  The full pay range is $121,920 - $316,992 . At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

  • TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
