INL's Talent Acquisition Department is seeking a Project-Hire Administrative Assistant. 

In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support to INL Human Resources (HR) Staffing Consultants and other HR team members. Work is performed with limited oversight from Staffing Consultants. Position requires a wide variety of developed skills and knowledge of HR hiring processes and coordination of these processes across the organization. You will work with all levels of management, employees and customers to ensure administrative responsibilities of hiring are complete. Ensure all data associated with HR business processes is valid, correct, and accurate. This accuracy is vital for records/files and must be translated into the various HR systems. Must foster a good team environment by maintaining positive working relationships with customers and fellow co-workers across the organization.

Will perform tasks such as scheduling interviews with candidates from numerous agencies, data entry into PeopleSoft, making travel arrangements for candidates, preparing staffing reports, posting jobs to various internet sites, maintaining posting files, and presentation preparation, etc. Assigned tasks require, on a regular basis, coordination within HR and across the INL, and also must interface with external customers. 

Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

 High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years relevant experience; or Vocational Certificate plus 2 years relevant experience.
 
Knowledge of and experience with PeopleSoft Software is required.
