Responsibilities |
Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking a IT Project Administrator to join the Performance Management Team.
Responsibilities include: • Assist in the use project management knowledge and expertise to plan, communicate and achieve project objectives; executing work using established methods and techniques, as well as project management standards and best practices; and participating with multidisciplinary teams on Information Management projects in support of laboratory functions and business processes. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including requirements, design, testing, and all artifacts involved in the IT project life cycle. Assist in project plans with appropriate level of detail for project scope and risk. Tracks and executes project plans from start to completion. Modifies schedule or plans as required. • Help ensure projects are proactively managed to schedule, budget, and meets the requirements of the assignment and expectations of project stakeholders. Participate in discussions among various project stakeholders, including communication of impacts to relevant stakeholders. These include project sponsors, CIO, IM Directors and Managers, CISO, technical implementers, end users, etc. • Participates in professional activities and/or external collaborations. |

Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education and/or Experience):
Bachelors Degree or 7 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree. PMP Certification preferred. Knowledge of INL IT Governance Knowledge of INL Enterprise Architecture procedures Ability to communicate (both verbally and in writing) with both business and technical audience, and at all levels, is essential. | ||
