Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree and 7 years experience, or Advanced Degree and 5 years experience or 15 years relevant IT experience in lieu of education.
- 5 - 7+ years’ overall experience with Information Technology / Information Systems.
- 5+ years’ experience in Intelligent Automation, business process automation, business analysis, and software development.
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation and/or RPA tools, Machine Learning and additional AI methods, and business process definition / redesign, ‘As-is’ - ‘To-be’ modeling, workflows, diagraming, BPM (Business Process Management) tools and automation.
- Experience implementing strategy across an organization.
- Exposure to performance measurement, continuous improvement (HPI, Lean, Six-Sigma)
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with software development including experience with C/C++, Python, Ruby, Java, Document Object Model, and SQL programming and debugging
- Experience with application integration and APIs including XML, REST, and SOAP
Job Information:
- Salary Grade: MR0300 - 230 ($124,368 - $211,596)
