Minimum Requirements:
- TS0400/TS0500: HS and 6-8 years relevant experience
- Must be a US Citizen and have the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” clearance.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+, Windows policy editor)
- Ability to understand and brainstorm creative solutions to complex problems is essential
- Must have strong time management skills and work productively with minimal supervision
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT and OT components
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Very good communication abilities
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in the DOD Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) environment
- Must have 2 years experience in an OT technical support or IT customer service role
- Associates Degree in relevant field (Computer security, Information Technology or Operations Technology) plus 2-4 years relevant experience, or relevant Bachelors degree

- Salary Grade TS0400 - 180 ($62,640 - $100,224)/ TS0500 - 190 ($70,680 - $116,616)
