Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education and/or Experience):
Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree with 2 years experience. New graduates encouraged to apply.

License(s) or Certification(s) Required:
A valid or the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Idaho.

 
Selective Service Requirements
