Minimum Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Idaho Board of Medicine licensure to practice in the State of Idaho as a physician assistant or Idaho Board of Nursing to practice in the State of Idaho as a nurse practitioner and 3-6+ years of relevant experience.
  • ACLS Certification;
  • DEA Licensure (Drug Enforcement Agency);
  • State of Idaho Pharmacy Registration;
  • National Commission on Certification for Physicians Assistants (NCCPP) OR The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCP)/American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
  • This position requires a mid-level medicine provider who is a graduate of an accredited program and is licensed in the State of Idaho to practice as a physician's assistant or a nurse practitioner by their start date. 100 CEUs are REQUIRED every 2 years for continued licensure in the State of Idaho.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" / "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
  • Clinical experience sufficient to be able to make medical decisions required in the day-to-day clinical activities of an occupational medicine program.
  • Emergency patient care experience to provide sound medical decisions and treatment for accident victims, both industrial and personal in nature.

  • Appropriate ongoing medical education.

Job Information

  • Salary Grade PR0300: 200 ($81,288 - $134,100) / Salary Grade PR0400: 210 ($93,492 - $154,212)
