Responsibilities
Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician. In this position, you will serve as a junior (entry) level 1/level 2 quality assurance representative/inspector (QAR/I) to support the Radioisotope Power Systems (RPS) Program which assembles, tests and stores power systems for space vehicles like the Mars Science Laboratory (Curiosity) and the Pluto/New Horizons missions.
High School Diploma or Equivalent plus 1 year relevant experience. Preferred nuclear or inspection experience.
Special Requirements:
• Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain an L security clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain radiation worker II qualification.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Technician qualification for nuclear facilities (specifically, Space and Security Power Systems Facility).

Selective Service Requirements |
To be eligible for employment at INL males between ages 18 and 25 must register (or must have registered) with the Selective Service System (SSS).
