Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education and/or Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering or Physical Science discipline plus 10 years relevant experience or and Masters and 8 years relevant experience. Preferred applicable experience within a DOE-supported Health Physics/Radiological Control organization.

Special Requirements and/or Training:
• Must be able to obtain and/or maintain an active DOE Q level security clearance.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Must be willing to become a member, of the DOE Region 6 RAP team and meet the associated position training requirements.
• Knowledge of the Radiological Assistance Program (RAP) and its relationship with other NA-84 response assets is required.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal/team skills.
Must possess strong presentation skills.
• Must be able to wear an air-purifying respirator.
• Radiological Worker II Qualifications.

Selective Service Requirements
