Minimum Requirements:
- PR0300: Bachelor's degree, plus 5 years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting, business development and sales experience, with proven client relationship development experience.
- PR0400: Bachelor's degree, plus 8 years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting, business development and sales experience, with proven client relationship development experience.
- A track record of sourcing candidates for senior level scientific and/or technical positions, specifically Information Management and Engineering professionals.
- CTS/ATS experience for sourcing and tracking candidates. Ability to cultivate relationships with qualified potential candidates and referral sources. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- A teammate that embraces inclusion and understands how to be a successful highly productive recruiter while still maintaining a strong work / life balance. Recruiting is not a 8-5 job, but we take a balanced approach to ensure quality of work and quality of life.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with advanced recruitment and strong customer relationship management experience.
- Advanced sourcing and search capabilities. Idaho National Laboratory hires highly technical and highly talented hard to find resources. You will need to be very adept in your recruiting skills to succeed at being a top performer in this role.

- Salary Grade: 190/210
