ServiceNow Platform Architect
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 4: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer information systems, information technology or related field and and 9 years relevant experience or Master’s and 6 years relevant experience or 15 relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes and practices
- Professional experience in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points
- Experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience integrating vendor/cloud software with in-house systems
- Due to job specific access requirements this position requires US Citizenship
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL databases
- Experience using Jira or similar tool.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban development methodologies.
- ITIL Foundations Certified V3 or V4 (V4 Preferred)

The pay range for this position is Level #4 ($109,260 - $223,908 ). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
