Responsibilities
Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking an entry-level Benefits Representative. In this role you will be responsible for multiple aspects of INL Employee Benefit Program administration with an initial emphasis on Defined Benefit Plan (Pension) employee/retiree file research, benefit-factor validation, calculations and compliance. In addition, you will be responsible for employee/retiree counseling, detailed Q&A and general communications. Over time, you will work to expand into higher level duties for the Defined Contribution Plan (401(k) Savings Plan). Further scope expansion may include Employee Health and Welfare Plan administration and communications. |

BA/BS degree in Business related field or a STEM discipline, plus 0-2 years of relevant experience is required.
Also:
• Experience in data management/manipulation • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Experience in program administration • Attention to detail with numeric accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to learn quickly • Customer service orientation • Independently-motivated with a production orientation • Excellent written and oral communications • Comfortable group presenter |
