Construction Field Representative

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and 2-5+ years relevant experience, Associate degree plus 6-9+ years experience, or a certificate plus 8-11+ years experience. 10-13+ years relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience should include construction techniques, industry standards, field construction practices, basic understanding of subcontract practices, safety practices, ie. OSHA 1926 Construction.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
• Must have working knowledge of the Integrated Safety Management System.
• Must be physically capable of wearing protective equipment associated with construction.
• Able to work with computer generated cost tracking, and scheduling programs.
• Basic knowledge of union craft labor relations.

Preferred Requirements:

• A strong understanding of generation of documentation associated with construction projects.
• Supervisor experience.

Job Information:

• The pay range for this position is Level 2: ($63,528- $130,284) / Level 3: ($75,804 - $155,496). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

• TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
