IDEAL Workforce Program Specialist
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree with former military experience

Experience with workforce development and partnerships with targeted STEM organizations, military programs, specifically focused on defense systems programs, nuclear non-proliferation, and critical infrastructure.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience with military workforce programs such as DOD Skillbridge and Hiring Our Heros, working with the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense.

Prior experience with strategic engagement of full cycle career workforce processes in a national laboratory setting, including identifying division and directorate workforce needs.

Experience engaging minority serving institutions (MSIs), Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and underrepresented professional societies to encourage and support IDEAL philosophies.

Experience with Human Resources Information Systems and Customer Relationship Management software, such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ICMS.

Project management, project controls, and program management.

Federal contracts management with FAR and DFARS experience.

The pay range for this position is: Level 3 ($109,260 - $223,908)/Level 4 ($130,980 - $268,680). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
