Minimum Requirements:

  • Level 4: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (business, engineering, science, technical) plus 8 years relevant experience OR an Advanced degree plus 6 years relevant experience.
  • Level 5: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (business, engineering, science, technical) plus 12 years relevant experience OR an Advanced degree plus 8 years relevant experience.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
  • Must be able to effectively work with company and DOE personnel.
  • Must be an effective communicator, must have excellent oral and written presentation skills.
  • Must be able to qualify as a Cause Analyst within 6 months.
  • Must be able to qualify as a Lead Assessor within 6 months.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (Masters).
  • Direct experience in the nuclear commercial industry, commercial/industrial operational setting, or within the Department of Energy National Laboratory Complex.
  • Working knowledge of an Issues Management system (INL uses DevonWay systems) and capabilities.

  • Salary Grade: 210 ($93,492 - $154,212) / Salary Grade: 230($121,212 - $206,232)

  • TDP: Testing designated position; It will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of employment.
  • Multi-Level: This is a multi-level posting, and the selected candidate will be placed at the appropriate level dependent on depth and breadth of proven experience and skills.
