PR0200/PR0300 (Grade 170/180) = Bachelor's degree plus 2-5 years experience or Advanced plus 1-3 year relevant experience, or 10-13 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.

 

Must possess a thorough understanding of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Must have detailed experience in the application of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Must have knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, potable water, etc.

Must have experience as a planner supporting maintenance work in a reactor or non-reactor facility.

Must have in-depth knowledge of office building, scientific laboratory, and industrial building maintenance.

Must have an understanding of operations and maintenance work control processes.

Demonstrated knowledge of and expertise in the application of DOE Conduct of Operations and Maintenance standards and procedures.

Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance engineering skills (read, understand, and translate engineering drawings and specifications into maintenance documents).

Must be able to perform assigned duties with limited oversight from management.

Management prefers candidates to hold or have previously held an Electrical Power Research Institute (EPRI) planner qualification or certification from Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) or equivalent.

Must complete the following within 6 months of hire:

-  INL Planner qualification (QNF10023)

-  Planning Manager/Supervisor qualification (QLMNTPLS)

-  Maintenance Manager qualification (if delegated the responsibility to approve maintenance work control documents) (QLMNTMGR)
