Senior Cause Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years relevant experience in facility operations or advanced degree plus 8 years’ experience.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
• Experience in operations within commercial nuclear industry, large manufacturing industry, or in research industry.
• Competent computer skills to perform database inquiries using Structured Query language.
• Experience as a Lead Investigator, Critique Leader, and as a Root Cause Analyst.
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communications.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in Department of Energy environment.
• Scientific, Technical, or Engineering degree.

• Salary Grade: 230 ($121,212 - $206,232)
