Responsibilities
Idaho National Laboratory is actively seeking a Business System Administrator. In this role your duties will include, but are not limited to: - Providing system administration for the Oracle E-Business Suite, data warehouse, business intelligence and other complex processes. - Ensuring system and data integrity by monitoring and evaluating system controls and assuring compliance with established laboratory access controls and computer security procedures. - Evaluating complex system interface data on a daily, weekly and monthly interval to ensure system processing functions correctly. - Managing application administration functions required for Oracle E-Business Suite, data warehouse and business intelligence. - Providing coordination, mentoring, and facilitation among functional subject matter experts and IM software development regarding testing and implementing patches, upgrades, other modules or 3rd party software. - Chairing the Oracle E-Business Suite Change Control Board. |

Bachelor's Degree plus 5-8 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Software Administration, Information Management, Business Management, or Accounting; or a Master's Degree plus 3-6 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Software Administration, Information Management, Business Management, or Accounting; or PhD plus 2-4 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Software Administration, Information Management, Business Management, or Accounting is required. You should have knowledge of Oracle's eBusiness Suite and project management systems. Experience in system administration for business systems, programming, data administration, requirements gathering and documentation is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Department of Energy (DOE) "L" clearance. Experience conducting business analysis (accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement) is preferred. Experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database environments and business intelligence applications is preferred. Experience teaching and mentoring others on new technologies and system administration is preferred. |
