Instructional Designer (Project Hire)

Minimum Requirements:

• Level 2: Bachelor's and 2 years of experience. Master's and 0 years of experience. Doctoral Degree and 0 years experience. Degree from an accredited institution in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field..
• Level 3: Bachelor's and 5 years of experience. Master's and 2 years of experience. Doctoral Degree and 2 years of experience. Degree from an accredited institution in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role.

Job Information:

• The pay range for this position is: Level 2 ($54,876 - $107,064) / Level 3 ($63,528 - $130,284). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

• Multi-Level: This is a multi-level posting and you will be placed at the appropriate level dependent on depth and breadth of proven experience and skills.
