Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 4: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field and 9+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Level 5: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field and 14+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
- Prefer at least 7+ years of experience in Fusion HCM/ERP and EBS HCM.
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud implementation & support, having worked on various HR implementations including Oracle Cloud HCM version 12+ capabilities.
- Strong HCM business processes knowledge, particularly in HR area, and the ability to relate product functionality to business processes.
- Experience working with Redwood UI and providing support to both Cloud and On-Premises customers.
- Experience working on security setup and knowledge of localizations.
Job Information:
- The pay range for this position is: Level 4 ($91,008 - 186,588) / Level 5 ($109,260 - 223,908). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
