Minimum Requirements:
- The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, and an SCI, if needed, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field.
- 15 years related experience with a significant portion in roles that provide increasingly more responsible management responsibilities.
- Must be willing to relocate to eastern Idaho and have a frequent physical presence at INL facilities.
- As a testing designated position, the selected candidate must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of employment.
Preferred Requirements
- A Master’s degree and/or human resources certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred
