Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required (technical or business) plus 6 years of experience in enterprise risk management or a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.

Minimum of five years of progressive management experience with an increasing breadth of responsibilities.

A combination of relevant work experience in at least two areas (i.e., in enterprise risk management, business, and financial administration, loss or fraud prevention, corporate ethics, legal and regulatory compliance, or auditing).

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
-
Practical knowledge of programs, tools, and techniques used in enterprise Risk Management.

Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and diversity in the work environment.

The ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance (US citizenship is required).
Preferred Requirements:
- Qualities of a dynamic leader who is proactive and decisive with a history of inspiring innovation and excellence in others.
- Highly developed business acumen and a strong foundational knowledge of business processes and operational perspectives relevant to enterprise risk management.
- A demonstrated ability to formulate strategy and extensive experience working closely with senior management in planning and carrying out strategic objective.

Salary Grade: MR0400 - 250 ($160,440 - $272,724)
