Field Intelligence Element (FIE) Director

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 15 years of relevant experience required. Examples of relevant experience include working directly with the U.S. Intelligence Community and/or Department of Defense on classified programs; working in secure environments; managing employees working on classified programs. 

• Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, including professional development of staff required. National-level experience desired.

• Established skills required in interpersonal and customer relations, oral and written communication, and forming and leading teams in the accomplishment of strategic objectives.

   

  Additional requirements –

• Knowledge of, and experience with, U.S. government standards and regulations for physical and computer security is desired.

• Prior experience working in a FIE and with the SIPP process is desired.

• This position requires an active - Top Secret security clearance (or DOE equivalent Q clearance) required, and must be able to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. Must be willing and able to successfully complete a polygraph examination.

Job Information: 

• The target pay range for this position is $121,920- $236,238 annually.  The full pay range is $121,920 - $316,992. At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

• TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
