Protective Force - Special Response Team - Lieutenant

• Bachelors Degree in related field OR
• Associates Degree in related field and two years’ experience in Protective Force and/or Military/Law enforcement OR
• Actively pursuing related degreed program and four years’ experience in Protective Force and/or Military/Law enforcement OR
• High School diploma or equivalent in related field and six years’ experience in Protective Force and/or Military/Law enforcement OR

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:

• Supervisor and/or Lead experience
• NTC Basic Instructor Training Certification
• NTC Basic firearms instructor Certification
• NTC Advanced firearms instructor Certification

Must be able to obtain and maintain:

• DOE Q clearance
• HRP Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Meet 10 CFR 1046 physical fitness standards
• Meet 10 CFR 1046 SPO III Standards
• NTC TRF 200 certification
• Physical fitness standard as required by DOE order in accordance with local field office requirements, per 10 CFR 1046

Related experience also includes, but is not limited to:

• Knowledge of security systems, knowledge of federal regulations, experience demonstrating management and/or leadership skills.
• Live Fire Shoot House Instructor Certification
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Have or be able to attain Firearms Instructor Certification when the company can accommodate
