- Bachelors Degree in related field OR
- Associates Degree in related field and two years’ experience in Protective Force and/or Military/Law enforcement OR
- Actively pursuing related degreed program and four years’ experience in Protective Force and/or Military/Law enforcement OR
- High School diploma or equivalent in related field and six years’ experience in Protective Force and/or Military/Law enforcement OR
Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:
- Supervisor and/or Lead experience
- NTC Basic Instructor Training Certification
- NTC Basic firearms instructor Certification
- NTC Advanced firearms instructor Certification
Must be able to obtain and maintain:
- DOE Q clearance
- HRP Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Meet 10 CFR 1046 physical fitness standards
- Meet 10 CFR 1046 SPO III Standards
- NTC TRF 200 certification
- Physical fitness standard as required by DOE order in accordance with local field office requirements, per 10 CFR 1046
Related experience also includes, but is not limited to:
- Knowledge of security systems, knowledge of federal regulations, experience demonstrating management and/or leadership skills.
- Live Fire Shoot House Instructor Certification
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Have or be able to attain Firearms Instructor Certification when the company can accommodate
